Thank you to Lions International for putting in the water line from Central Lutheran Church to In Our Backyard! The Lions International Grant is also assisting with raised garden beds inside the fenced area, a shed, and a new 16 x12 building that will serve as an office area, freeing up a cabin to house people.
During the building of the garden beds a group of young adults on a mission trip from the Chicago area helped out. It was amazing to see knowledge being shared, laughter, and team work. Our guests from In Our Backyard also helped out.
